What to include
Scope it without exposing private data.
- Describe the source: email attachment, webhook, or another agreed input.
- Name the destination sheet and the field that identifies an existing row.
- Explain the update, append, validation, and duplicate-handling rules.
- Use fictional or redacted sample rows in the initial quote request.
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment information, or confidential customer records through the public form. If the scope fits, access and credentials stay in your own accounts and are handled only through an agreed secure method after the quote.
