HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM import data cleanup

Clean the file before it reaches production.

Prepare a CSV or Excel export for a cleaner HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or other CRM import by removing duplicates, preserving identifiers, standardizing fields, and separating records that need review.

Fix the common failure points.

Duplicate records

Compare rows using the agreed identifier or field combination and report what was removed or retained.

Field consistency

Standardize headers, whitespace, casing, dates, phone values, and agreed status fields.

Identifier safety

Keep IDs, ZIP codes, and other text values from being silently changed by spreadsheet formatting.

Review queue

Separate missing-key, malformed, or ambiguous rows instead of silently discarding them.

A file you can inspect before importing.

Privacy: Start with the file type, approximate row count, CRM target, and a fictional or redacted sample. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment information, or confidential customer records through the public form.

Before you import.

Should I clean the file first?

Usually, yes. A small test import with a reviewed file can expose duplicate, mapping, date, and required-field problems before a full migration.

Do you log deleted rows?

Yes. Duplicate and ambiguous-row handling is agreed in scope, and exceptions can be returned in a separate review file.

Do you need CRM credentials?

No. Start with a fictional or redacted sample and the target CRM's import requirements. Credentials are not requested through the public quote form.

One file, one clear scope.
